Working With Candidates

King Executive Search, Inc. works under an exclusive contract with our client organizations and offers absolute confidentiality to our candidates through the hiring process.  We often try to help candidates as a token of goodwill, but our priority is identifying the best possible candidates for a particular job and making the best client/candidate match.  The majority of the candidates identified in the search process are not actively seeking new employment, but are identified through extensive research.  Additionally, King Executive Search, Inc. does not present a candidate to more than one client at a time and will not accept fees from individuals for the purpose of helping them find a job.

 

At any level of your career it is important to network and make contact with executive search consultants so you will be on their “radar screen” if a suitable opportunity arises.  Networking fosters the building and sustaining of mutually beneficial relationships.  However, it pays to begin building relationships long before you think you need them.  This is particularly true when networking with retained executive search consultants.  Waiting until you are actually in transition and looking for a job is less advantageous and may not grant you the reception you want.
